Listmark helps real estate professionals create listing marketing assets, hosted listing websites, and lead capture forms. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We collect account identifiers, brand details, listing details, uploaded listing photos, generated assets, website settings, and lead information submitted through listing websites. Lead forms collect name, phone, and email when those fields are enabled.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, generate listing assets, publish listing websites, send lead alerts, sync data across devices, improve reliability, and understand usage limits.

Service Providers

Listmark uses Firebase for authentication, database, storage, hosting, functions, and notifications. It uses RevenueCat for subscription status and purchase management. It may use PostHog for product analytics and operational alerts, and OpenRouter for server-side AI copy generation.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Published listing websites are public by design and may display listing and agent contact details selected by the user.

Data Retention

Generated assets and archived listing records remain available unless deleted through supported product workflows or by request. Lead records are retained so users can export and review inquiries.
