Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Listmark, including the iOS app, generated marketing assets, hosted listing websites, and related services.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring listing information, prices, claims, photos, licenses, disclosures, and contact details are accurate and legally permitted to publish.

AI-Generated Content

Listmark may generate copy and asset drafts using AI. Users must review generated content before publishing, sharing, printing, or submitting it to any listing portal.

Subscriptions And Listing Slots

Paid plans include a configurable number of active listing workspaces. Archived listings remain viewable, but cannot be reactivated or used for new generation, edits, publishing, or export variants. Extra listing passes require an active base subscription.

Hosted Listing Websites

Users can publish listing websites through Listmark. Listmark may unpublish or restrict websites that violate these terms, applicable laws, or platform safety requirements.

Fair usage

Each subscription includes generous monthly allowances for AI asset generation and website publishing. The Monthly plan includes 150 asset generations and 20 website publishes per month. The Annual plan includes 300 asset generations and 40 website publishes per month.

Allowances reset monthly and exist to prevent abuse. Typical listing marketing use stays well within them.

The Monthly plan includes up to 3 active listings. The Annual plan includes up to 5 active listings. Extra listing spots can be purchased at any time and require an active subscription.

Allowances and capacities may be adjusted. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Listmark provides marketing software. It does not provide brokerage, legal, MLS, compliance, or advertising advice.
